Refund Policy

Refund/Return 
We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that you can request return/exchange on your order only once.

Exchange
The fastest way to initiate an exchange request is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it takes more than 15 business days, please contact us at mila.living22@gmail.com

Damage and related issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make your experience with us right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not offer return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items
